Nature’s Peace - LaTesha Monique

God is divine

As I watch the trees sway and dance,

I can see where spirit and nature entwine.

A bird’s song will have you in a trance.

The wind whistles in my ear

while I listen to the humm of a hummingbird

Soothing my soul releasing fear

the sweetest thing I ever heard,

The sun beams as I squint my gaze

Feeling free, I stand

Grateful for these kind of days

Finding peace in God’s land

Meditation, prayer, and nature feels like communion

Feeding me like a Sunday feast

A family reunion

Finding me in nature's peace
